Objectives:

Procedures:
  1. Slide preparation Instructions
  2. Add 1 drop of Protoslow (for Paramecium and Euglena ONLY) to the center of a clean slide.
  3. For Paramecium ONLY: Add one drop of yeast cells after your first observation. Record observations
  4. Add 1 drop of protist culture medium and mix with toothpick.
  5. Start at low power, focus, then go to high power. Record observations.
  6. I must check your work
